Venue Terms

1. Claiming a venue

• Only the venue's owner, or someone the owner has authorised (such as a manager), may claim it. You confirm you have that authority.
• We verify claims, for example by calling the venue's public phone number or checking your email against the venue's website. We may refuse or remove a claim at any time.
• Claiming a venue does not let you remove or edit people's posts about it. If a post breaks the Community Guidelines, report it like anyone else.

2. The Verified plan

• Price: $30 a month until cancelled. Until online payments are available in the app, we invoice you directly.
• Includes: a Verified badge, your pin always shown on the map, up to 3 specials at a time, venue videos that stay up for 2 weeks (up to 5 at a time), and stats on how many people view your page, specials and videos.
• You can cancel any time; the plan runs to the end of the paid period. We may change the price with 30 days' notice.
• We may pause the plan, without refund, if your account or venue breaks these terms.

3. Specials and venue videos

• Specials and venue videos must be accurate. Post only offers you will honour, at the prices and times stated.
• You are responsible for following alcohol advertising and promotion laws where your venue is. Some places restrict or ban drink discounts, "happy hours", free drinks, or promotions that encourage heavy drinking. Don't post anything that breaks those rules.
• Don't target or appeal to people under the legal drinking age, show anyone drinking irresponsibly, or link drinking to driving.
• Venue videos follow the same rules as everyone's posts: recorded in the app at the venue, 30 to 60 seconds, reviewed before publishing. They are labelled "From the venue" so viewers know they are not live.
• We may remove any special or venue video, and may issue strikes under the Community Guidelines.

4. Your listing

• Venue information may come from public data sources. Tell us if something is wrong and we will correct it.
• We decide which venues are listed. Strip clubs and other adult venues are not listed, and posting from them is blocked.
• You give us permission to show your venue's name, location, logo and posts in the app and in Night Vybes promotion.

5. Liability

You are responsible for your venue, its staff and its guests. You agree to cover our costs if a claim is brought against us because of your specials, your venue videos, or your breach of these terms, to the extent the law allows.
