Night Vybes is for showing what a place feels like right now, so people can decide where to go. Keep it real, keep it safe, and respect the people around you.

What belongs here

• Short videos (30 to 60 seconds) of the crowd, music, energy and space, recorded in the app while you are at the venue.
• Honest views of the vibe, busy or quiet.
• Specials and venue videos posted by Verified venues.

What is not allowed

• Nudity or sexual content, including sexual acts, exposed genitals or breasts, or sexualised filming of anyone.
• Anyone under 18. Night Vybes is 18+ only. Never film or post a minor. Any sexual content involving a minor is reported to the authorities.
• Filming people to embarrass or target them. Don't focus on a stranger who clearly doesn't want to be filmed, someone passed out or in distress, or anyone in a bathroom or changing area. If someone asks you to stop filming them, stop.
• Harassment, hate or threats in videos, comments or messages, including attacks on people for their race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation.
• Violence, fights and graphic injuries, or anything that encourages them.
• Drugs and illegal activity, including showing drug use or sales, or underage drinking.
• Weapons shown in a threatening way.
• Dangerous behaviour, such as drink-driving or stunts that could hurt someone.
• Strip clubs and adult venues. Posting from them is blocked.
• Fake or misleading posts, such as old footage, footage from somewhere else, or edited clips that misrepresent a venue.
• Spam and advertising, unless you are a Verified venue using the venue tools.
• Copyrighted material you don't have rights to. Sound is off by default when videos play.

How enforcement works

1. Checks and reports. Videos are reviewed before or soon after they go live, and anyone can report a video, account or venue.
2. Strike. A confirmed violation earns a strike, and we tell you why.
3. Ban. A second active strike permanently bans the account.
4. Immediate ban. Severe violations ban the account straight away. These are sexual content involving minors and credible threats of violence.
5. Appeal. You can appeal any strike or ban from the app. A person reviews it. If we reverse the decision, the strike or ban is removed.

Posts disappear 5 hours after they are recorded. We keep them for 3 more days for safety review, and longer if a report or appeal is open.
